clean room rooftop view helpful staff
Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean. The rooftop bar provided a nice view. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
The thermostat in the room did not function as expected.

clean room spacious room comfy bed
I found my room very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the diverse breakfast options. I particularly enjoyed the granola and yogurt.
I found there was a lack of coffee and tea in the room. It seemed the room had not been used recently and was not stocked properly. The staff in the restaurant seemed to lack adequate customer service training.

This location proved excellent for attending events at nearby exhibition centers. The proximity to the OVO Hydro is definitely a benefit. I also found that it offered convenient access to various amenities.

The check-in process was quick. The staff at the front desk were pleasant. I was happy with the overall responsiveness and helpfulness I experienced .

My room was very bright and modern. Large windows provided great views. I also noted movement sensors controlled the lights, a very environmentally conscious feature. The room also had a fridge.
